Conway Field Shelter House & Emerson Park Shelter House / Concession Stand

1. Conway Field Shelter House: Exterior building improvements include painting of the existing shelter, replacement of existing exterior light fixtures with new, replacement of existing gutters & downspouts with new. Additional exterior improvements include replacement of existing exterior doors, door hardware and repair to existing door frames. Replacement of existing playground safety surface material. Interior improvements include the addition of ADA compliant grab bars at ADA toilet stalls and the replacement of missing urinal partitions in the men’s toilet room. Mechanical upgrades include improved ventilation within the toilet rooms, replacement of existing light fixtures and replacement of existing water heaters. 2. Emerson Park Shelter House: Exterior building improvements include the replacement of existing light fixtures, replacement of existing entry door & hardware along with reapplication of exterior paint to the shelter house. Interior improvements include improvements to the existing unit heater. Interior painting of the shelter house and addition of non-slip resistant floor coating are also included as base bid items.
