George K Arthur Facilities Improvement (HVAC Contract)

A deposit of $58.00 per set shall be required and shall be made out to City of Buffalo, Dept. of Public Works,
Parks and Streets.

The HVAC contract includes: Rooftop air handling unit replacement, electric
cabinet unit heater replacement, gas pipe replacement on the roof, and general HVAC, Electric, and Plumbing upgrades.
