West Side Community Services Public Facilities Improvements

Facility improvements include interior gymnasium door/frame replacement, exterior gymnasium door/frame replacement, boiler room exterior door/frame replacement the addition of an ADA accessible ramp from the exterior gymnasium door to exterior basketball court, window head flashing replacement and interior accordion door replacement. Also included is the addition of air conditioning to the south side of the building via Variable Refrigerant Flow System and air conditioning to office 134 via Ductless Split A/C System.
