Replace steam turbine serving forced air draft fan with a new electric motor with VFD. Additionally, remove 2 steam unit heaters and replace with 4 new steam unit heaters.

The project entails court improvements at two locations. Pendleton Park, at 6750 Campbell Blvd, Lockport NY, including resurfacing of the courts, new access gates, new fencing and a court access trail. Depeau Park, at Oakwood Dr & Tonawanda Creek Road, North Tonawanda, NY 14120, including resurfacing of courts, resurfacing of asphalt section, new access gates, and new fencing.

Replacement of sidewalks on Terrace Boulevard, from Erie Street to Bryant Street.

Contract 2025-1 (Lancaster Section): Replacement of sidewalks on the north side of St James St. from just past the bridge over Salinac St. to Calumet St., the east side of St James St. Park, the east side of Muskingum St. from Laverack Ave to Little Pl., the northwest corner of St James St. and Muskingum St., the northwest corner of the St James St. and Penora St. intersection, the southeast corner of the Muskingum St. and Little Pl. intersection, the northwest corner of the Little Pl. and Salinac St. intersection, and the northeast corner of the St James St. and Calumet St. intersection.

The domestic hot water heaters in Weigel, Cleveland, Sports Arena, Bacon and Clinton buildings are original to the buildings and are well past their useful life. Replace the outdated water heaters with new high energy efficient type.
