Rehab Twin Rise Data Center Electrical and HVAC systems #031073

The replacement of the main electrical distribution system for the building and the renovation and upgrade of the campus’s main data center within the basement of the building. Data center renovation and improvements consist of complete mechanical and electrical upgrades as well as architectural renovations to provide a suitable data center space for the needs of the campus. Structural supports for the proposed generator, various motor replacements with VFD control and asbestos abatement is also part of the project.
