The Project consists of New Construction of an approximately 16,000 SF Light Manufacturing Facility with Office Space. A Full Site Package has been designed to facilitate the new construction of the foundations supporting the structural steel. Z-Girts and Cold Form Metal Framing make up the backup systems to a combination of corrugated metal panel, thin brick, and exposed CMU façade. The new building features new mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment throughout, along with a new overhead crane. Bio-Retention has been delineated on the project capturing storm water runoff as well.
